Dear Colleagues – As feared, the Billi tap has failed due to ‘cold temp fault’ caused by over demand of chilled water. There is neither hot or cold water now and although a call has been put out to the engineers, it could be some days before they attend. A kettle for hot water has been provided; cold water is available at the alternative water stations. Thank you.
