Site Team are asking that teachers cast a fresh eye around their classrooms to ensure student tables and chairs are not right next to the radiators – please make sure there is space between the radiators and student tables and chairs.
Radiators/pipes can be dislodged by reasonable force or if student chairs get wedged behind the radiator pipes, both causing instant flooding from very hot water which is dangerous and disruptive.
If this does happen, immediately send a student to main reception to radio Site Team or grab a radio holder to radio them on Channel 2 with the room location and the emergency. Thank you.
